Covenant Life Childcare Ministry (CLCM) provides full-time and seasonal childcare for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. Our mission is to serve families in Southern Indiana with excellence, love, and the truth of God’s Word.

In addition to full-time care for infants and preschoolers, Covenant Life Childcare Ministry (CLCM) proudly offers elementary care services for children ages 6–12 during Greater Clark Community School District’s (GCCS) Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break. We also provide a convenient before and after school care program specifically for students attending Pike Elementary. As a registered GCCS bus stop, CLCM ensures a safe and seamless transition each day—students are picked up at our facility in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon, where they remain in our care until picked up by their parents.

Whether you’re a parent of an infant, toddler, preschooler, or elementary-aged child, CLCM is here to provide faith-based care in a safe, nurturing environment.

Meet the Care Team

Jessica Shumaker

My name is Jessica, and I have been a part of the CLCM team since 2020. I am happily married, have two sons and a German Shepard. I cherish time with my family, love to read and spend time outdoors. I started my career teaching for 9 years as a 2, 3, 4 and Pre-K teacher. I adore children and cannot imagine my life without being a part of the child care ministry.

Stephanie Doyle

My name is Stephanie, and I have been a part of the CLCM team since 2022. I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful little girls that I love to spend time with. I love puzzling, watching movies, and snuggling up with a hot cup of coffee. I have nannied and taught classes in church, but my daycare experience is mostly with infants and 3 year olds. Children are my passion, and I am so thankful that God has blessed me with this position!
